I love noodles. I have ordered every pan fried, steamed, chow fun, mei fun, lo mein from just about every Chinese place in the DG, westmont, Woodridge, Willowbrook, Darien area. The common denominator for most of the places is how they love dumping a ton of onions in the dish with some noodles, a little bit of meat and a scant amount of other veggies. I spend more time picking the creepy little (sometimes not so little) chunks of the filler out than actually eating my precious noodles. Darien Chop Suey gives me none of the little buggers! I always order the pad see eiw and not only are there piles of glorious noodles, but they never skimp on the meat or veggies! Beautiful broccoli and mushrooms and not an onion in sight! It's so yummy. The hubs loves the sesame chicken. The egg rolls are plump and the egg drop soup is divine. Super nice on the phone and we've ordered like a dozen times and it's always ready in twenty minutes or so. This is my favorite Chinese place.
I ordered the beef broccoli dinner and my husband got the orange chicken dinner, usually I can finish a dinner at other restaurants with just crumbs left, I AM ALREADY FULL! They give you lots of food here. I will definitely be back. Definitely worth the prices ! Also strawberry smoothie with tapioca balls is REALLY good! My experience was definitely good. My husband agrees also :)
I been trying to find a good place near me since I moved this way. And this place is the best I tried. Cheap and fast. When I thought because they were fast and cheap, I was scared it wasn’t gonna be that good. You won’t regret getting from here!! They have past 5 stars for me
Just updating my previous five-star review of this family-run establishment to an unprecedented SIX out of FIVE STARS! We've been ordering from here routinely once a quarter for like TEN years. I think we got a screwed up order a couple times out of that entire duration. My Hands are tied people! I don't know of any other restaurant with that record. Do you? Don't lie. So we let it be. Sometimes s**t happens. I'll eat my 3 pieces of chicken with my 23 pieces of broccoli...this time. But they ALWAYS followed up with a banger on subsequent order. And my friends, the true secret to good Chinese is always prioritize pick-up & a min 5 tip. Just consider it another ILLINOIS TAX. You're welcome.
I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews.. I always have a great experience here. The food is exceptional and the portions are beyond generous. The service is friendly and quick. The dinner portion is enough for multiple people or multiple meals for one person. Highly recommend for Chinese cravings (make sure you go before 9 because they close pretty early on weekdays).
